We are South Florida Academy of Air Conditioning. We’re the largest technical school in Florida teaching HVAC. In business since 2010, we’re passionate about vocational careers and giving our students the tools to have fulfilling careers and make lots of money! All of our courses are in-person and extremely hands-on! We’re investing heavily in growth, operations, marketing, building out new prospecting cycles, and we’re now looking for additional HVAC instructors at our campus! You will be the bridge between our Instructor workforce, promising students and their development through a specialized training plan.
Our school has full-time (Monday-Friday) courses that last 4 weeks and weekend (Saturday-Sunday) courses that last 4 weekends. We currently have six courses per year (3 are M-F and 3 are weekend).
This role is perfect for someone who has experience in the field of AC but is looking to slow down, and is looking for part-time work.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Follow current and developing new course outlines, objectives, and evaluation mechanisms for the program.
Monitor instructor’s performance and effective communication.
Monitor all equipment and supply inventory.
Maintain professional expertise.
Perform other duties as required.
